One of the important aspects of keeping your plan on the right track is to maintain your payment schedule.  To watch your progress you can get an online account with the NDC (National Data Center) or through the Chapter 13 Office.  They are both free and contain the same basic information about your chapter 13 case.

NOTICE REGARDING 2008 TAX REBATES Updated 3-13-08

Subject to direction from the Court, the Chapter 13 Trustees will not be asking debtors to account for or contribute to their plan their “2008 tax rebates” in connection with the President’s “Bipartisan Economic Growth Agreement.”

Should the Trustee receive the tax rebate directly from the Internal Revenue Service it will be held for one disbursement cycle to allow the debtor to request the funds by submitting a stipulation and order for consideration to the Trustees office.

Instructions for Debtors Online Access Thru the Chapter 13 office
To review your financials, please click on the 13network link on the top of any page at www.flint13.com in the navigation bar.  This opens another Carl Bekofske Webpage, from here click on the first link on the right where it says "Chapter 13 Inquiry".  Your username is your case number and your password is your social security number.  If you had previously requested an account, this method will work.  The specific logins will be phased out eventually and this will be the method to login.  This cutoff date will be provided in the future.   If you have any questions, please email the systems manager, Chris White at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it   .

Payment Types 
Chapter 13 debtor payments should be made by cashier checks, traveler checks, or money orders and made payable to Chapter 13 Trustee – Flint
