Attorneys Important Information Regarding 341 Hearings

In an on-going effort to make the 341 hearings more efficient for everyone, the Chapter 13 Trustee is starting a new system, assigned times for 341 hearings. See below for the next scheduled 341 hearing times. Hearing times are at the far left column. We hope this will be a more efficient use of your time and the Trustee's staff's time at 341 Hearings. This document is organized by hearing officers.

July 1st, 2008 Hearings

Change in 341 notice

Beginning with the WEDNESDAY, December 19, 2007 hearings the 341 notice will indicate the hearing time to be 1:00 p.m. (as opposed to 8:00 a.m.). Only the notice of the time of the hearing will change. There is no change in the regular 341 day procedure. Debtor education will begin at 8:00 a.m. as usual. The Chapter 13 Trustee office will send a letter to Debtors indicating the 8:00 start for the Debtor Education class. Hearings will still be divided into different time periods in the afternoon.
